After 30 + years in Corporate Insurance and seeing constant change through the years what I noticed was being lost was the personal interaction with the Customer. The big insurance companies are focused on metrics and not the Customer, being with an Independent Agency affords the time to spend with the Customer, get to know their needs, listen to what they are looking for and find the solution with the best coverage and rates for their individual situation.
Here at Tucson Insurance, we are focused on the customer experience and solutions of the customer as well as on building a long-term relationship with the customer.
My husband and I enjoy traveling, skiing, golfing, and enjoying the beautiful State of Arizona every day.
